Re: Fuel-injected Z650 !! Home style.....
I know the bloke, it is a sweet bike also.
Does he ride it regularly ?? I would like to swap notes with this guy if possible - I already have most of the injection stuff ready to go (throttle bodies, injectors, fuel pumps etc) and have no worries with wiring it up.....

Re: GPz1100 exhaust
ZZR1100 and 1200 pipes are interchangeable as far as I know, both have a main stand and if the GPZ will fit the ZZR I may buy a new exhaust for my ZZR.

Re: QLD Hooning Legislation Reviewed

If you try the old "I'll put it back on after the inspection thing" read the part about repeat offenders.
This is a law that gives the coppers a right to fit anything into the anti hooning ...

Re: Turbo Z1k Project - Opinions?
Hi Issues,
Are the GT25/28's a Garrett core?
Could one possibly use a Daihatsu Charade or WRX turbo, with some slight modification?
Daihatsu Charade is a common upgrade for the factory GPZ 750 turbo, I'm not sure on spec of the 2 turbo's you have mentioned but I know some people running modded GT28 ...

Re: Turbo Z1k Project - Opinions?
look at something like a GT25 or GT28 ball job, it will still ride like a N/A motor down low but will pull hard higher in the RPM range. I havent gotten too far into this yet but will be helping my brither with a turbo "77 Z1000 soon.

Issues intro
Hi everyone, My name is Steve, I ride a 1991 ZZR1100 C2. I work in the mining industry and am a toolmaker by trade.
I live on Bris south side, previous bikes are 1978 Z650, 1976 Z1000.
The ZZR is soon to get a birthday and I found this site from a link from the Aussie Street Fighters.
Cheers Issues.
