Start by takeing a picture of your licence for memorys, and if your going to do it i would assume that an engine strip is a good idear to strengthen parts that will come under increased pressure and at risk of breakage. Then have fun ;)

I'm pretty sure that turboing a modern hi comp motor, might require either a decomp plate or lower topped pistons! So that's a strip down and while it's apart it would be silly not to freshen it up. As far as turbo's go, whatsis name Mezina in Sydney (I think) is the turbo guru. He's always giving advice in Rapid magazine! Try having a chat with him, from what I've read, he has forgotten more than most know about turboing a bike motor! Why don't you supercharge it as well!!! Oh...and if you do that, make sure you put on some rim tape so it can handle the extra go! :kuda:

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

I hate to say it but I doubt many mechanics will want to turbo a carby bike... best to call and ask for some advice.

From memory don't expect change from $10,000, but it would be good fun! :D

Don't expect to get away with it for under $10,000, but it would be good fun! :D

if your going to go that far into it, just convert it to an efi setup by buying the efi setup of a z thou or something.
