But that's not the GPS's fault is it, just the person who couldn't use it properly.
Theres a few issues with gps and one of them is geoditic code ....the maps regularly have different datums and you have to load the right one so it is accurate to within 5 meters or whatever if you have the wrong datum you can easy be out 50 or 100 meters.
I havent played with the new ones for cars only old ones for boats like back around 1990 when the thing would be tracking a nice little course then jump out to the side 500meters then back a minute or 2 later.
have to use a bit of common sense where electronics are involved.
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

yea.. i dont trust electronic crap...give me a street directory/map and road signs any day...im a touch old fashioned...
altho when u ride a bike, u dont mind taking the long way!!
