and i change each time i fill up between 91 and 95 but my gpz250 is alittle differently setup.. when i put 98 it in it runs like shit just chokes on the fuel and gets a huge flat spot... not as much ...

the gpz250 (86??) 170.. had it jetted and new muffler lower top speed but better off the line

could be a clog in eather your air of fuel mix.. if a bike is starved of fuel or air it will have flat spots where to jumps and jitters. also all round power will be alot lower.
