Re: My zzr 250 wont start
From memory the tank breather outlet is at the rear of the tank, it has a hose that can be pinched easily if you are not careful putting it on. All I can suggest is lightly blowing compressed air up through that hose/fitting with the cap open and seeing if it is clear.

Re: My zzr 250 wont start
The clutch baskets on them always chatter. When I had one I rang a few dealers and they said it's normal on them and every one I have seen has done it.
If you are that concerned you can take the side cover off and have a look at the basket fingers and see if they are damaged, but if the clutch works ...

Re: Butterfly thingy doesn't turn on ignition
Sometimes they can work again if you give it a light tap and wiggle...happened to mine but then failed again not long after.
If you have an aftermarket exhaust, might be worth getting a servo eliminator....if not may have to replace servo (providing the fuses are alright, etc.

Re: 2004 ZX636R questions
Apparently all of the later ZX-6R rear shocks fit right on as a straight swap and are a ton better than the 03-04 model. As matchan noted his bike runs wide maybe that to do with the stock rear shock?
I have a 06 zx6 rear shock that i no longer need if anyone wants (free if pickup, postage to be ...

Re: helmet mounted camera
I have a contour roam 2 which I picked up second hand for about $200. I mainly use it for the dirt bike, but it had a good video and very easy to use and doesn't stick out stupidly like the go-pro's. the other one I was looking at is the drifts, they seem quite cheap and are a decent camera.

Re: 1991 zzr250 yoshimora exhaust
Hi all, I'm looking at putting a yoshimora exhaust on my 1991 zzr250 my question is should I stick with the dual exhaust or convert into 1? Also will the bike need to be retuned or can I just install the exhaust and go for a ride?
Cheers all
