Hi all, I'm looking at putting a yoshimora exhaust on my 1991 zzr250 my question is should I stick with the dual exhaust or convert into 1? Also will the bike need to be retuned or can I just install the exhaust and go for a ride?
Cheers all

Tbh save your money for some better gear, training or a bike service/parts. It's not going to make much difference and they sound pretty average with a can on them anyway IMO...braden wrote:Hi all, I'm looking at putting a yoshimora exhaust on my 1991 zzr250 my question is should I stick with the dual exhaust or convert into 1? But if you still want to change them, you won't have to get it retjetted.

I put an exhaust on my ZZR250 back when I was a youngster.
Thought it was awesome, till I rode it.

Unfortunately for you. Small capacity parallel twins like your zzr, sound pretty shit with an exhaust. And will definitely not notice any power increase. What you will notice is a lot of people not liking you for the horrid sound they make.
As said above. Keep your money in your pocket for better gear/bike maintenance or even save for a bigger bike when youre off restrictions.
