i used to be a sprinter, and when i went through teens i stopped, but now with work i pretty much have to keep running which is good, keeps me fitter and feel better too. Also did the MS run last year round sydney, thought it was awesome had an absolute blast would do it again this year but due to work commitments am a no goer, might ber able to t up rides and runs supa when i'm back in town

I just started running again, (about 4 months ago) after a 5 year layoff due to an accident. I've gone from 235 pounds down to 198 pounds. A hundred and ninety eight pounds is still a lot of shit. It's stacked pretty high too, (6 feet). I think I'll celebrate with a Shot of Jim and a brew. Cheers!

Update:

Finished Half Marathon. 2 hrs 15 mins.

If you see footage of the chevron perth city to surf event... i will be wearing a ksrc polo shirt :o)

Good for you. My wife does those once in awhile. She tore something in her knee and had it fixed about 5 weeks ago, [a miniscus, (probably spelled wrong)], but will be running again in no time. I'm still too fat, 5k's are it right now, but getting there slowly. Have a shot, you deserve it.
