First off, the guard itself is of excellent quality, absoloutley perfect fit for the 2011 ZX10 radiator, but the mounting intructions are a bit on the vague side, so I decided to just mount the guard as per the racers do. The instructions want you to wrap a couple of zip ties aound the top radiator mounts.. but unless you dismantle everything, there is no way you are going to get your hands in and around there..

So with all fairings removed, it is an easy job. I still used the small foam pads spaced evenly all around the guard on the inside, these keep the guard at 5mm clearance from the actual radiator and the fins at all times. I measured up and drilled 3 holes in each side of the guard so I could pass the zip ties through the holes and also through the gap that is at the side of the radiator. This gap allows the ties to go through and pull up tight without even touching any of the cooling fins.. Sits in perfectly and when zipped up there is no way this guard is ever moving.

So that's it. I still feel that I need a taller screen, as the OEM screen seems to flatten off in the middle where it should raise up there a bit more. So I am looking at a Powerbronze screen to replace the stock one. They make them in a tint, plus I feel it will work much better aerodynamically on faster tracks like Phillip Island..

Check the pics.. very neat.. this bike is pretty much done...
