NFI and clearly it doesn't, he is paying the same as me and as mentioned, I ride a bog standard LAMS approved even chook chaser, must be some discount for being stupid enough to ride in Ballarat

Not so sure I agree with you in winter Poss, no argument on the other 3 seasons but Ballarat is seriousloy farkin cold in winter, Canberra like or worse even.
Incidentally mate's z1k is an 07 model, rego charge is the same, TAC component and subsequent GST on that is the difference.
