That's scary really isn't it? The police asking the general public how to catch criminals!!! One would have thought they may have trained you in this area, obviously not!

Perhaps if they spent less time raising revenue on the roads and more time interacting with the local communities (which is where all the good police work is done) they may have less incidents of theft and perhaps even more of an idea of who did it!!!
