Perhaps if they spent less time raising revenue on the roads and more time interacting with the local communities (which is where all the good police work is done) they may have less incidents of theft and perhaps even more of an idea of who did it!!! Keep waiting mate. I've read enough of Strika's posts to know when he's trying to catch a fish. I'm just going to let this one slide. Interesting to note that he thinks that talking to the good people in the community will result in less crime and more apprehensions. Clearly someone who has no-idea how things work but is happy to offer "advice".
