Project 100.

Post by Gosling1 »

100kegs by Xmas.

Wish me luck.........its gonna be hard.

This was the bad news on the scales today. It's been around 110kg for a while, but this is just too much...

Image

Riding the pushie to work should be a good start on dropping the weight. I did a practice run at work today in the gym - and managed to ride 6km in 15min flat. So that is a promising start. At least I know I can ride for 15minutes in 1 hit and not suffer a massive myocardial infarction......

Here is the weapon......

....remember - All The Gear, All The Time....... (pass me a bucket...)

Image

I was pressured into posting this picture. So don't blame me...... :D

Image

AND last but not least - I have a photo of the view that most punters driving past are going to see..........

but good taste prevents me from posting it............

With a bit of a change to the diet, and at least doing *some* type of exercise, I hope to get down to 100kegs by Xmas. That would be great.....let's see how we go. I will do an update once a week....short and sweet....

:kuda:

Here I was thinking (from the title) you were doing up the postie, or a little KH or something ;)
Good luck Gos. Exercise more and eat less is the go I hear.
If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.
Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level, then beat you with experience.
