This was the bad news on the scales today. It's been around 110kg for a while, but this is just too much...

Riding the pushie to work should be a good start on dropping the weight. I did a practice run at work today in the gym - and managed to ride 6km in 15min flat. So that is a promising start. At least I know I can ride for 15minutes in 1 hit and not suffer a massive myocardial infarction......

With a bit of a change to the diet, and at least doing *some* type of exercise, I hope to get down to 100kegs by Xmas. That would be great.....let's see how we go. I will do an update once a week....short and sweet....
