I never did until I movedwaynemorgan wrote:Have to say...I've been with TPG for quite a while now (over 2 years I think) and never had a problem with them. Use the support email and it's usually pretty good....even when I've moved it's been good.
Sorry to hear you're having problems mate

"Supposedly" a Telstra Technician is coming here 28/09/10 to do some bloody thing in regard to home phone.....
A Telstra Technician...............God help us all, I hope it's not one like the guy who was sent to a customers

You would think a Telstra tech would know that it's "not" telstra.com ".au" wouldn't you

"s" for steve, "d" for darren, "s" for steve, 0 0 1........."I can get the 0 0 1"....she says
ok then it's "s" for sierra, "d" for delta, "s" for seirra 0 0 1........"Oh now I understand".... she say's

Whatever you do....don't vary from the robotic script fella's and you'll be fine

Re: TPG........
Trouble with all Telco's is, they get paid by how many calls they take in the call centre, not how many problems they solve

This reminds me of when I had the brilliant idea of using my maiden name to make it easier & every time I did people asked me how to spell Armstrong ????????????????????????
Is it me or is it brain surgery.

Re: TPG........
I just made some inquiries with TPG to see what they can offer me. I have been with Exetel since 2006, but the TPG plans seem to be quite good value for money.. unless they charge you twice a month.

Do you know how hard it is to rewrite an e-mail not using foul language when you are really wound up?aardvark wrote:I just made some inquiries with TPG to see what they can offer me. It came back with "TPG reserves the right not to expose it's employees to such language"
What a fucken joke, I sent back (which was pointless but satisfying) " I reserve the right as an Australian Citizern not to be fucked around with,
by a bunch of completely incompetent fucken curry munching cunts!!!!)

Re: TPG........
The short of the long is they provide a decent service but shit support. It is terrible, the only time you get decent support is with a coperate account and then you get to speak to an engineer located in ryde.
At home I am with exetel and can't fault these guys. Shit just works, a god send in the world of IT. I dont mind paying 85 bucks a month for unlimited access with my little 877 router, its uptime could go months at a time with out a reload.

I have many clients with TPG but I have an account manageraardvark wrote:I just made some inquiries with TPG to see what they can offer me. I have been with Exetel since 2006, but the TPG plans seem to be quite good value for money.. unless they charge you twice a month.
