Trouble with all Telco's is, they get paid by how many calls they take in the call centre, not how many problems they solve

This reminds me of when I had the brilliant idea of using my maiden name to make it easier & every time I did people asked me how to spell Armstrong ????????????????????????
Is it me or is it brain surgery.

I just made some inquiries with TPG to see what they can offer me. I have been with Exetel since 2006, but the TPG plans seem to be quite good value for money.. unless they charge you twice a month. :)

Do you know how hard it is to rewrite an e-mail not using foul language when you are really wound up?
It came back with "TPG reserves the right not to expose it's employees to such language"
What a fucken joke, I sent back (which was pointless but satisfying) " I reserve the right as an Australian Citizern not to be fucked around with,
by a bunch of completely incompetent fucken curry munching cunts!!!!)
Ar :D ghhh! thats just so much better

The short of the long is they provide a decent service but shit support. It is terrible, the only time you get decent support is with a coperate account and then you get to speak to an engineer located in ryde.

I have many clients with TPG but I have an account manager :) At home I am with exetel and can't fault these guys. Shit just works, a god send in the world of IT. I dont mind paying 85 bucks a month for unlimited access with my little 877 router, its uptime could go months at a time with out a reload.
