Sorry to hear that Gaz - as other's have said, at least it's comp and hopefully repairable.
What's the deal with the wrist?
Fractures there can be nasty - scaphoid, and the other little bones there, often needs an op :(

Bummer! the roads certainly are slippery, I locked up the rear this morning with a slightly harder than normal braking move, I didn't even notice until I'd just about stopped and I noticed the back was starting to move sideways on me!
