Set yourself a long term goal. I used a 1 year goal to get where I wanted. You'll go up and down every week so look for the results long term to keep motivated.

Probs not Hoff but you never know your luck :) Remember, as Cath pointd out, what works for some migt not work for others. Mikey, good luck with it, i'll hold off on that money I owe you so you won't be tempted to buy beer, in fact, as a show of support, i'll still use it to buy beer, i'll just drink it here save shipping it :D

On a serious note, PM Stereo, he lost a shitload of weight a couple of years ago no idea if he has kept it all off or not, has had 2 kids so clearly he's been doing some exercise :D

Good luck with it Mikey. In trying to shed a few Kg myself, presently 92kg, aiming for 83. I have a bad back again right now, but my plan is to excerecise it away. 45mins to an hour a day, every day, weights, push bike riding, jogging etc. Due to the back I'll have to start with extensive core muscle work so I don't screw my back again.

Stereo (Eelko) lost almost 50kg on the Jenny Craig diet. topic here

gonna get into it twice a day hopefull by the end of the 4 weeks should be seeing a difference :kuda:

oh and just an update on the tablets, they are working great, they dont strip the fat off you but pump your body full of antioxidents and suppress your appetite, take away the craving for food and well lets just say the toxin stripper (colon buster) is working well
