Mmmmm, that's a gorgeous colour!
Instead of the standard old Ventura rack, I've got a GearSack rack on mine. It's got absolutely no flex (great for bad roads) and leaves the Ventura racks for dead. It's got four bolt points on each side; the standard two plus another two down under the side fairing. They bolt to droppers that bolt to the frame.

The top "L" section unbolts easilly, leaving the two curved pieces always attached to the bike.
It's so strong, it can be used as a back rest. Also, I went on an overnighter, earlier this year, with an esky (with a full carton of beer & ice) strapped to it, while my bag was hung over the pillion seat (I don't travel light). I'll have to find a picture of it. Looked great!
