Just got most of the 2D data recording gear which goes with the bike. Should look great once it's mounted.
Have a look at the photos...very sexy indeed.

Re: WSBK ZX7RR Restoration
Bloody awesome!!! Well done
Re: WSBK ZX7RR Restoration
More pics up lately. Removed the wet clutch...ready for the dry clutch. Tank on and front guard repainted. Just waiting on an oil pump gear drive shaft to get machined and then I can put the dry clutch in. Found the correct exhaust in the states (brand new) ...can't wait for that one.

More photos of the Dry Clutch installation.

One thing that I did notice was that when I took the magnesium sprocket cover off the left side of the bike, I thought I'd read the manual just in case I should worry about springs flying out and noticed that the road bike uses the same casting as the race bike. Behind the hydraulic clutch acuator is the connection point for a cable clutch. I might have to look into making some copies of the cable clutch parts.

Re: WSBK ZX7RR Restoration
Finished the front brake lines and remote adjuster. Made the adjuster from an old speedo cable and got some nylon tubing that looked correct. Machined the ends as well......looks like what was used on the bike originally and that's the main thing.

Finally got the engine into the frame. Exhaust, Clutch Cable etc done. Starting to wire it all up while cleaning the radiator.
