try to stay fit & energetic then you may get the knee down

Fark i nearly choked on my cuppa when i read the first two lines :D

sorry i cant help u but thanks to all for the tips ill keep it in mind when i start to drop the knee, specially now that i've only got 355 days left on my p's :D

And the most important tip for getting the knee down?

Don't TRY to get your knee down.

Actually, I've just found one of my cd's which has some scans from some mags about getting your knee down, doing wheelies etc.

JEEEEEEZUS that ZX-12R looks like a Aprillia RS 50 under him!! that poor bike :x
itchy knees are best scratched on big roundabouts!

Firstly learn to do it at the track. The consequences of getting it wrong on the road are too serious - is it worth your life?

At the track, just concentrate on corner speed and the right line and getting comfortable with hanging off. You'll find it comes naturally. Better still, if you have a mate who is able to knee down on most corners, just follow him around. You'll be surprised how quickly it will happen.

I'm suprised he can reach the bars. You would think his "tank bag" would get in the way. :lol:
