There are currently 22 bikes booked in. AWESOME! We might have to limit the number to 30 though as it takes 10 - 15 mins per bike and we will run out of time otherwise. Hope this is cool with everyone, let me know if any dramas.

Good question. There are benefits to both options... I'll have to think about that one? What does everybody else think?

Problem with timetables is they often never run on schedule...

Maybe pick a group and say "you lot between 10 and 11am, you lot 11am-12pm" etc

I'm happy to be earlier but have no preference and am happy to work with everyone

I'd rather a first in first served type thing... but that's only cuz then I don't have to be in Sydney by XX time :D

If you are doing it to a timetable Nick, I'd rather be later if possible please :D

I think the best bet might be to set up a rough timetable before hand and get everyone to turn up at least a half-hour before hand. If we have a BBQ and some drinks with us then everything should be nice and social anyhow. So why not show up early if you can and have a chat while you wait?

First in first serve sounds like the go. That way people can get there when they can.
I'm gonna be there all day from 10am ,watching and eating and buying. ;)
But I'm easy. What ever you decide.

Yeah I agree really, that that would be ideal. But I think then you run the risk of having a number of people turning up in the afternoon or something and not having enough time to get through them all. That's why I thought it might be worthwhile to specifically tell some people that they should show up earlier to allow more time for people who live further away to get in to Sydney.
