The DVD is shite!!!!

The book however is fantastic.... I have both

You dont have your location in your profile otherwise you could have my DVD if that is what you are after....

I actually found this book to be of far more use than either of the TWOTR books.... as for the DVD.... YAWN!!!!

Dont waste your money buying the DVD, its aimed at 5 year olds I am sure of it :roll:

Trust me SF, the book is awesome.... it gets you thinking about the real physics behind riding a bike.... I learned quite a lot from it...

the DVD however is kind of like a 70's porn film..... except the acting in a 70's porn is much much better.... come to think of it is has the same sound track....

Streetfighter, Chris Turner over at Bikers Anon has a link to the info you are after in MP3 format, it can be downloaded and played through your ipod thingy but does seem to drone on after a while, still you will get a benefit out of it if you can stay awake.
