The book however is fantastic.... I have both

I actually found this book to be of far more use than either of the TWOTR books.... as for the DVD.... YAWN!!!!

Trust me SF, the book is awesome.... it gets you thinking about the real physics behind riding a bike.... Streetfighter, Chris Turner over at Bikers Anon has a link to the info you are after in MP3 format, it can be downloaded and played through your ipod thingy but does seem to drone on after a while, still you will get a benefit out of it if you can stay awake.
