That's a brilliant site!! Thanks heaps for that. Exactly what you need when looking for a new bike.

So much to think about... Not going to rush into anything, will pay off a bit more of Randy's loan, go through the grieving process properly  do my research in the meantime, then will be buying around late May.

thats *exactly* the way to do it - and try and get as many test-rides as humanly possible before you make a final decision. Good test rides as well, not just around the block.....

that site is what helped me make my desision when i was lookin at getting my bike, i new i could only afort a certain amount so did some local research and made a list of what i liked and what i could aford then i set aside and looked at specs then power to weight
mine was slighlty better then than the 7 but slightly less and a 9 (couldnt afford a 10) bearing in mind that 6's dont sell for as much so i could get a newer 6.
also this was only my second bike so i didnt want to go 'a big bike'

I found this Bobbi we put in a lot of time before Janelle bought her zxr4 it may save some time. It however doesnt describe seat width which can make a big difference for us "cute enhanced individuals"

Bikepoints review of the zzr600 says seat ht is 750mm. They also say zx9r is 815mm but they changed rear end in 02 so not sure if this is early or late moldels which were taller.
