haven't tried again since... ended up at Rossi's last night having beers got home just after midnight.

Hope its not too late....
Supreglue, SMALL dot of on end of key, put in lock (make sure to pull any cover back) wait for supregleu to dry, pull out entire key.
It works... simple.
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD
