Nice! How's it sound compared to stock?
Not sure about the blue on the rims, but what would I know?

Re: New Blaster and new bits!
Looks good! How loud are those two Bros shortened pipes though? Having just traded my 9R in on a new 14R and fitted new TBs carbon slip ons, it's really waking the neighbours up in the morning now.

Re: Yoshi RS3 too loud
I've got an OEM ZX9R E1 titanium muffler in mint condition I'm not using. No link pipe though...
I also have a ZX9R factory workshop manual, new set of F&R pads, OEM chain guard, fuel tap etc that I don't need anymore.

Re: 2013 ZX14R Exhaust change.
I wouldn't worry about the PC V for cans alone.
The Woolich Racing Interface that lets you hack the Mitsi ECU is a better option for these if you plan on modding it or just want to access the standard setup and tweak it.

Re: 2013 ZX14R Exhaust change.
Fitted the Two Bros slip ons last week. M2 Black Series carbons. Very easy to fit & soooo much lighter & smaller. And louder. I fitted the P1 3-4db noise reducing tips too but I'm guessing that this 3-4db reduction only really happens at max load/rpm. A 3db reduction should mean half the noise. They ...

Re: 2013 ZX14R Exhaust change.
So what did you get?
I bought a new ZX14R last week (traded my 9R), and bought a set of Two Brothers carbon slip-ons off eBay last night. A little worried that they're going to be too loud… Look good though.
Edit: Now I read I can get add on noise suppressors for these. All good, apart from the ...

Re: 1996 zx7r fuel starving?
Thinking of the issues I just had (running on three cylinders), it's possible that the carbs may need a clean out. 'Cleaned the carbs & put new plugs in and all is good. My plug coils seemed fine.

Taa Glen. I may do that.
The carb cleaner seems to be doing it's job. Bike is running well again on all four. Still might pull down, clean out and fit the jet kit while I'm at it. Always fun tinkering in the garage...

Re: 2000 ZX9R running on three cylinders? :(
Thanks Slow. I'll give this a go. How hard can it be... I've got a jet kit I bought some years ago & never installed so here's my chance too. The only thing I'm concerned about is needing to rebalance the carbs when I'm finished. Something else to Google...

Re: 2000 ZX9R running on three cylinders? :(
Thanks for the advice.
There's no high tension leads on the 9R Tim but I did check out the LV wires & connectors leading to the coils. Found a little corrosion on one of the connectors so I cleaned that up but it made no difference.
The carb cleaning sounds most plausible Rob & S&W. I'll look down ...

2000 ZX9R running on three cylinders? :(
G'day. I've got a 2000 9R that I've had since new. Only done 28,000km, reasonably well looked after, serviced & garaged. Run, if not ridden, at least every few weeks.
The last few times I've wheeled it out it would only run on three cylinders for the first ~five minutes and then ran on four. Now I ...

Re: Screen help
Back to the oil filters, I just put a genuine one on my ZX9R. With my Hondas ('87CBR1000 & '92 CBR900), I'd just use Mazda 323/Ford Laser filters. Pretty much identical and the Mazda/Ford ones were much cheaper than Honda. Are Kwaka filters similar/same fitment to any common c@r filters?
