I only do track work now and use clear visor, clear `lenses ...

Wattie, bikes that come in fitted with braided lines to be sold in Aus (by the trade) meet ADR's

Often parts bought in US/BRITAIN/ITALY, dont meet or havent been tested to ADR's

Mate, I would go local! ADR is a big concern and secondly if things go awry and you spring a leak , so to speak, you can get it fixed under waranty.

Price saving is not all that significant!!!

Generally the pump cannot be repaired (Have done 2 in my old 97 zx9r) Try Show and Go in WA FInd there dertails in Just Bikes or the other mag. They provided me with one for 90 bucks and 20 postage.

Simple to change too.

Probably a bit late Drim but check that the tank breather isnt clogged. A quick way to do it is to unlock the filler and ride it under the conditions you get the problem, I had a suzi that did the same thing years ago and it was creating a vacuum in the tank which compromised the "free" flow of fuel ...

Im running standard headers and a Yoshi slip on. Its a rebuildable model they tell me. Shes a bit fluffy at 7-9k. I find the usable band is around 11-13k but would like it a bit earlier. I give her regular servicing and use premium fuel.
