- the sound is from under the seat or down near the engine?
- are you trying to start the bike in gear with clutch in or in neutral with side stand up?
- without starting the bike (i presume in the morning), pull the clutch in and try to roll the bike forward. If it dosnt move then the ...

Yeh the blade is just roll the throttle on from 4grand and away u go!! I have stock gearing and "the thing allways seems to wheel stand everywhere............honestly officer"

Yeah i've tried a few things, but still can't get it up for more than a few tenths of a second or more than about 6 ...

If it's your sub frame cracking at a weld at the same place again it must be getting stress from the main frame it's self! Is the bike a ex-racer or been crashed before. If you carry a lot of weight on the back of the bike (luggage, pillions), how much do you weigh, do you ride it like a motogp bike ...

If it's small enough and you have good soldering iron or small gas blow torch and some solder you can fix the problem. But that's for the short term.

Best get a couple of qoutes, first telling them that the tradiator will be off the bike (easer to work with). Should only be about $50 for the job ...
