Cant get Front Wheel off... is there a trick????

Hi There,

Im having a blonde moment, I am trying to get the front wheel off my zx-6r 98. I have been told to leave the right side (looking at the front) bolts in and undo from the left.
I have tried really hard, either I am weak or im trying to undo the axle the wrong way (I have tried both ...

It's great to hear that everyone is having a speedy recovery and starting to get up and about. I'm sure you'll be out and about shortly on your new bikes, nice.

My baby has just turned 1 and has 12,500km on it.

Not bad for an every second weekend toy. Although two weekends in row going to the Snowies didn't help keep the km's down, but how much fun did I have? Oh yer!! :D

Hey Strika, you've got me really confused!!

First you say: Having a small amount of experience with an 05 636, I would encourage you to keep running the Bridgestones. One thing if you are a little new to bikes or have not done too much riding, the Bridgestones are a far more forgiving tyre than ...

Geez, you lot certainly aren't shy are you? I'm glad I asked the question and thanks very much for all your feedback.

It seems to me that both the 012ss and Pilot Powers are both very good tyres.

I'll ring around for pricing on both of these tyres and the cost will be the deciding factor for ...

Help with new tyres please.

After my trip to the Oxley in February, I'll be up for a new set of tyres.

Currently I have the Bridgestone BT014s on it and haven't had any problems. They seem to have worn well as my bike has 7500kms on it.

Just wondering what you guys think I should buy for my next set of tyres.

Bear ...

I grew up in a family where motorbikes were a BIG no, no. We couldn't even mention the words let alone get on one or get our license. Mum and dad said they were just too dangerous.

My dad used to race MG's in his young days and he was always a mad keen fan of the V8's. As a little girl I would ...

I did the track day with Dave as well. Although I wasn't quite doing the times Dave was , I had a fantastic day. I was smiling all day long.

Dave, that would have been my mate Ian you were talking to about the Bridgestone 002s. I'm glad you had a chat with him because I must have been upstairs ...

I rode to work the other day in the pouring rain. It wasn't raining when I left home but 5 minutes on the bike and I was getting soaked.

All the cagers smiled at me thinking I'm an idiot but when I cheated the traffic queues and was ahead by a mile, they weren't laughing anymore!!

I usually leave my helmet on and fill up. Depends if we're in a hurry or going to stand around and have a chat or a smoke.

For some reason, I always seem to be the last to get my helmet and gloves back on. Too much chatting maybe?

I just had to, I couldn't help myself.

Thought I'd share with you all that because the weather was just so sensational today, I couldn't resist going for a ride on my baby.

I went for a quick run up the Putty Road (Windsor end twisties). What can I say? Brilliant!! No cops and only a few cars and trucks.

I hope you all have a ...
