Just curious....with the 1224 kits from APE, what do they charge to ship from the states and did you have to send them an exchange block?

Nice looking pipe, but to me it looks like it would drag, & seems to be very low?? :?

I thinks its the way the header pipes are bent that makes it look like that, they're hand bent as well as being longer than say my old Akra...
Never really had any issues with clearence or dragging though.... :?

Very tasty pipe you have there...don'nt leave it lying about will ya.!! BUT,I'm actually more interested about the front brake caliper set up,and the rearsets.
Can we have a few details on them please??? :prayer:

Rearsets are Arata/Striker from Japan, 4 position adjustable..
Front brakes are made ...

I recently managed to snag one of these lovely BEET Nassert systems for the rex, full Ti and super light!.

Sounds fantastic, although quite a bit louder than the Akra as the can is a race version....is a nice length can too, bit shorter than standard.
....I still love the Akra but just wanted ...

I've got one on mine, pretty sure its the sport cut.....huge difference from the stocker, no more sliding into the tank and just more comfortable in general.........i love it

No worries....probably should mention that they don't have threaded ends (Renthals too i think?) so you need to come up with something if you want to use threaded bar ends or mirrors like mine..
I just ended up cutting the plugs off the original bars and welded them to these, otherwise you can use ...

Pic of the Coerce bars fitted... they're 690mm wide so a little narrower than the Renthals, means all the bar controls are more of a snug fit.
I have no problem with them hitting the tank either..
