Re: NSW CTP Rally

As it turns out, from what I have been reading. The MAA has been given some crap data, they have been given only Crash Data NOT Data on CTP Claims. If your bike fell over and broke a plastic part it becomes part of the crash data, not that you have claimed on the CTP for any reason.

Now if you look ...

Hi all,

It looks as though there is going to be a protest rally on Tuesday 31st August @ 12.00, it will take place in front of Parliament House Maquarrie St. If anyone hasn't noticed that their Green Slip has gone up, they are not looking at it properly.

e.g. 2008 1400GTR in Sydney Metro is $780 ...

Hi all,

I have been trying to find information on the springs or lack of in the clutch basket in the KZ650, mine moves freely back and forth with no resistance at all, there is a dowel in a slot in the back of the basket that moves from side to side. This gives a feeling like a solid center clutch ...

Re: Z650 SR - Lesson learned

Now I have the Starter sorted, my next job is the cam chain. Is there any tips around for this job? I have been told it is an easy job of about 4 hours start to finish.

Thanks

Re: Z650 SR - Lesson learned

Hi Gos,

I did the repair with the engine in the frame, it wasn't hard. There is a trick to it though, to get the starter clutch hub out you have to remove the starter driven gear from the assembly or you will never get it off the HiVo chain, there are also some other items that aren't mentioned in ...
