Thanks for the info. looks like i have some things to think about.

I am looking at getting a Z1000 motor and useing the fuel injection on my 2003 zx9r. Is this possible? i am also looking at getting a big bore kit? Which one would be better , the big bore kit or use the Z1000 motor with the zx9r head and cams?

Went to the test and tune at willo on saturday. Ran 10.46 on my zx9r. Does anyone know if this is about average or can i push a little bit more for a quicker time? My bike has been lowered 3 inches and is generally stock if that helps. What are the times that fellow zx9rers have run? Thanks.

I dropped a tooth on the front of my ZX9 . Didn't think it changed much . I raced at Willow Bank and only got a 10.96 with a normal take off i couldn't get a good top speed i think i got up to about 214 k/h but had a good 60 footer .

Here are some photos of a zx9 / zx12 motor + turbo. It looks like he had to cut the frame a bit i don't know if i want to do that.

I found someone from the US who has a zx9r with a zx12r motor in it + turbo it has just under 260 hp , now that would be alot of fun

Would it be easy to put nitrous on it??? Can you post links if you know of them or let me know if you have tried and succeded in doing this.

hi guys my name is shorne, i have a 03 zx9, always keen for a ride. All my mates have busa's so looking for a few green friends to even the mix and it's a bit hard keeping up
