sorry to hear that, mate.

When i riding in metropolitan area, i would be extra careful to watch out the cars bearing plates of L, P, HC (hire cars including No birds, eurocar etc...) and also be aware of drivers from other states (recognize them from the number plates).

I haven't been to many ...

When I reported my drop (in person), all the PW did was take the details and gave me an "incident number".... no mention of a Neg. Drive charge. Maybe the fact that the diesel spill was reported by a TT driver ? :lol:

The bike is still in towing company's caryard waiting for the insurance company to access the damage. Got sratches on all fairing and from ring is broken a bit. i don't know if the damage is enough for a total loss or not.

I have asked staffs in bike biz and they told me the same ...

FUCK YES u have a chance... thats not neglegent driving at all from what i see, me losing my licence coz im doing 120+ in a 70 zone is neglegent but falling off ur bike on a curb and that HE gives YOU a ticket for falling off and calling for help?? thats fucking bullshit...i would take it to court ...

i know someone who works in a motorbike shop and she told me to go to sites like insure my ride and ebike to get quotes as they are cheaper then the bigger companies. you then go through QBE who i'm pretty sure match and then beat so you get it even cheaper. never insure through ebike or insure my ...

and here comes another quesion: sometime when i shift down from 3rd gear to 2nd gear the bike is like at neutral and i have to ease the clutch a bit to make it back to the 2nd gear. is there a problem with the bike or just because of my inexperience? :roll:
