Re: 95 compared to 98 octane
Hey Just out of curiosity has anyone tried "E10" 95 octane fuel in their bike for an extended period of time ? has it cause you any problems at all ?eg (fuel lines or engine)
I know that Kawasaki Australia do not endorse the fuel , However in the USA nearly all petrol pumps are eco friendly and ...

Re: 2009 Z1000 motor
The ZX9R had a 899cc carbie, the z1000 has been bored out by 13.5mm per cylinder and has fuel injection this in turn has given it better low & midrange performance but top end has suffered just a tad (we can Thank Euro 3 stanards for that) with the right suspension setup I'd put my money on a Z1000 ...

Re: Your Thoughts... er6-f/n??
The ER6 is light and agile and great fun in the twisties, the only 2 things that let it down IMO is the rear shock as it has no damping adjustment and the the first gear ratio as it revs the bike out too quick, but once into second - z750s beware as the midrange punch can hurl it to 120km plus ...

ER6 with Versys damper ??
Hi everyone, I new to this forum and I'd like to know if the Versys shock will bolt onto the er6, I thought that this might be a cheaper upgrade than to go completely aftermarket with say an Ohlins.. If anyone has any advise on this mod please let me know cheers
