B2 Fender Eliminator - nothing but trouble

Finally had my fender eliminator arrive (07 zx6r), what a drama to install.

- holes the wrong size for supplied LED indicators,
- had to make a rubber stopper to prevent the number plate from flapping around

Its finally on, about 4 hours later

just a heads up to anyone that stumbles across them ...

so i now have conflicting info and way different costing for the service.

i have been told its not a major service, no need to check valve clearance until 24000km's

team moto $190
Kawasaki (Bris and GC) $390

sugestions?

zx6r 07 - 12000km service

hey guys,

my bike is due for its 12000km service, am i best to take it to a dealer or shop around?

im on the gold coast and was thinking of taking it to kawasaki or team moto, recommendations appreciated.

also what kind of cost am i looking at? and how far past 12000 is safe to go before the ...

hey guys,
will a 1989 KAWASAKI ZXR 250 NINJA MONO SHOCK, fit a 1988 GPX 250?

if not are their any other mono shocks that can be used as replacements, i had heard something about a 600cc or 750 cc shock being used

wow findapart is an awesome sight, approx 10 replies in 2 days, most with straight up prices (a few call us for help kind of thig as well).

turns out my mate i purchased the bike from isn't to great in the maintenance department, i think it needs some oil = it needs a litre of oil, and coolant we ...

testing radiator fan

i am suspect my radiator fan isnt workign 100% can i just unplug it from teh loom, and hotwwiare fromt eh battery to test? does it have a fuse?

hey guys i found some seals new on ebay for about 20 bucks, bargain . anywas just wondering how hard it is to fit them at home? what type of oil to use etc(would you believe my local auto shop does not sell bike oil!).

thansk guys the manuals are great, a few things i need help with thought.

a decent parts supplier on the gold coast, or even the internet.

and whilst i am fairly mechanically minded ( i can replace engines on cars etc) a decent bike mechanic would also be great if you can recoemnd oen in the area ...
