Re: ZX7R Engine Stand
I'm located in Ballarat. I don't mind sending it (at your expense though). Another member has pipped you at the post and asked for it 15 minutes earlier. Just wait and see if he is keen still.

ZX7R Engine Stand
I'm doing a bit of a clean out today, and have come across the engine stand I made for my ZX7R when I stripped it down. I don't really want to throw it out, but I have no need for it anymore. So for today only it's free to a good home.

As th marshals walked down the grid, I couldnt help but notice there was a lack of umbrella girls. Seriously. I'd made it to the big time, and I didnt have an umbrella girl. No matter, I changed posture and made ready for the start of the race. My hands were sweaty, greasy even. Looking down at my ...

Kawasaki KR-1S
Hey guys, I've seen a few Kawasaki KR-1S up for sale these days, anyone ever owned one? What's it like sourcing parts for them? Do they keep up with the RVG 250's of the world? I know nothing about them, but they look nice a tidy most of the time.
Long live the 2-smokers.

ZX7 Rearsets\Levers
Hey guys,
Got a broken gear lever on my 97' ZX7(I broke it while fixing it...which didnt really fix it at all in the end...). The price of a new one is about $160. Which hurts my brain to think of it, I have rang a fair few wreckers now and it must have been national 'no day' cause thats all i ...

Is it a dirt bike? Is it a mountain bike?
Hey guys, im not sure if this is a big 'no-no', but I've have stumbled across something rather impressive. Bad thing is that its at another forum.
A couple of blokes in America have designed and built they're own mountain/motor bike.
Their story is in pictures and its incredible to see them develop ...

Re: Removing zx7 engine
I wish I could say the space was mine, but in actual fact its my boss'. We work on the bike together.
Does anyone have any suggestions on making the tool needed to undo the swingarm?
I plan on cutting apart a impact socket.
I know ppl do it, is there anyone who can suggest a size socket to cut up?

Re: Removing zx7 engine
Well, engines out now.
Lots of little things needed to be done before I could get it out. Didnt realise some of the stuff I had left on.
Turns out if you dont take the chain off before you remove the engine sprocket it will become a S.O.B to get off later (Or still have to stay on until I find ...

I understand pulling apart a second hand bike and not having enough when it goes back together, but whats the deal with having them left over
