Hey guys,
Got a broken gear lever on my 97' ZX7(I broke it while fixing it...which didnt really fix it at all in the end...). The price of a new one is about $160. Which hurts my brain to think of it, I have rang a fair few wreckers now and it must have been national 'no day' cause thats all i recieved. Except from one mob who quoted me $110 (needless to say that hurt my brain as well)
For the price of a new lever, it seems smarter to buy rearsets!
So my question is this, can anybody suggest any rearset brands to look out for. Ive scoured the net, but reviews of rearsets are often hit and miss when it comes to fact of fiction. An unbiased opionion would be awesome.
Alternatively, is anybody aware of shift pedals from any other model bike fitting my aplication?
The left side of the ZX7 must be the buttered bread side, cause there is an abundance of brake levers on the net but not shift....
Cheers guys

You may be in luck. Checked kawasaki.com parts diagrams and you want a 13236-1204 which is the same from '89 to '03.

the Ron Ayers website is just *gold*....
I have an old CD ( which was also *gold* in 1998) - the Kawasaki Information Centre, or KIC disc.
It lists every single Kawsaki part from the early days right up until 1998. Jet skis, etc included. Once upon a time it was the best reference tool I had. But, that was 10 years ago.......
