Re: 3M film
I bought a Kit for my 2010 Z1000, you definately need to be patient and follow the instructions as to which corner of each piece needs to go on first as it can be stretched and manipulated to fit properly to each panel. Make sure the bike is clean, and i used a baby oil/water mix in a spray to apply ...

Re: H.I.D.LIGHT CONVERSION HELP
I avoided HID's aswell, mainly cos i didn't like the idea of possibly being hours from home with no headlight, and no option to simply buy a replacement bulb at a service station. Instead i bought a white/blue coloured halogen bulb for low beam, and a 30% brighter normal coloured bulb for high beam ...

Re: 2010 z750 stuffed throttle body
I've got a 2010 Z1000, only done 9,500k's without one issue so far, but i had a mate with a 06 Z750 and the throttle position sensor broke on it, though it wouldn't give a fault code on the diagnostic computer, so it took months of trial and error before the shop figured out what was wrong. But i ...

Re: Ninja 250R Headlights
Your stock headlight takes H7 bulbs. Best thing to do to get the effect you want is jump on ebay, search for H7 bulbs, find a pair you like, but make sure the bulbs are somewhere between 50watts and 60watts.
Don't get 100Watt bulbs, even if your wiring and fuses manage to do the job, i have seen ...

Re: 2011 Z1000 S/Ninja 1000
I really like the new Z1000s, looks like a great alrounder. I still prefer the more Naked version, but i like the bigger/more padded pillion seat (well my missus would) and it would be nice to have a 19Lt fuel tank like the S will.

Re: My 2010 Z1000
so you cut the knobs of the end of the levers and drilled holes in them???
levers without the knobs are actually defectable. and the holes do a great job of weakening the levers.
I'd be buying a set of Pazzo's of you want bling.
Love the New Zeddy's they look tough a a box of nails ...

My 2010 Z1000
Hi again all, it's been a couple of months, but i traded in the Z750 and picked up a new 2010 Z1000. Wow what a bike! i absolutely love it. Turns heads everywhere, handles like a dream, can really feel the difference with the new chassis. Love having the extra power, and the increase in torque is ...

Re: 2011 ZX10 released by Kawasaki!
I found this the other day, thought it was a cool concept. I know the new ZX10R won't look like this but how awesome does it look?? It's a hybrid of 2010 ZX10R, 2010 Z1000, and a KTM RC8 tail. Looks hot!!!

If streetfighter's are your thing, check these guys out. i've seen just about any bike turned into a fighter, and it can be done as cheap as you want, depending on how drastic you want to go.

Re: 2011 ZX10 released by Kawasaki!
Awesome pics! love the styling, hopefully there won't be too much difference between that and the road going version. The smaller/shorter/lower tail unit looks hot! makes it look like a 2010 z1000 with fairings. New power to weight goal sounds good, as does the longer swinger/shorter frame.

Re: 08 Z750 highway wobbles
i know someone who had a similar problem, turned out to be tyres. having a very worn rear without the right air pressure can cause it, also having different brands front to rear can cause it. I'd buy a new set, Bridgestone BT021's or Michelin Pilot Road 2's are good value, anything more expensive ...

info needed- z750 fork specs
Hi people, looking at upgrading the forks on the Z750, Just wondering what the diameter of the USD forks from the 07-09 Z750 are in the triple clamps, i figure they are greater than the 41mm conventionals, just getting my facts straight.
By the way, anyone have any Z1000 or Z750 USD forks laying ...

Oh and not to forget the new handlebars i have been talking about getting since I got the bike 12 months ago but still haven't gotten around to doing!
