Fitment

Does the rear of a front mud guard from a 1998 ZX9r. Have the same profile as a 2000 ZX9R????
Am looking at putting a fender extender to stop crap flying up into my radiator and the closest i can find fit pre 1998.
ive attched a pic to help

Ventrua rack

Im after the measurement of the rack for a ZX9R 2000 model.The distance between the 2 long brackets that run under
rear cowl and turn up behind seat.Need the width between both up turned peices that the top rack fits to please.

Im about to do a front and rear tyre change was told about these from a mate in the states to use instaed of wheel wieghts ??

51 years young just bought a 2000 ZX-9r about a month ago
Live in Hassall Grove just north of Rooty Hill
Rode bikes since i was about 8 did some RD 350 Yamaha club meets at Oran Park back in the day. (great times)
Work as a Moblie Crane Driver have done for 31 years
My other toy is a 1965 A Code GT ...

Sounds good Jim bike is shop at the moment getting valve clearances done and carbie service wont be ready till next week so yeah when weather fines up a run sounds good.

New to this forum
I have just bought a 2000 ZX-9R(2 weeks ago) with 39,000 ks and im wanting to do an oil change to the bike.
What id like to know does this bike run mineral or syn oil in it from factory?
How does one tell what type of oil is in the bike now ??
Or what would be better to run in ...
