Re: Ran the 14 down the 1/4 mile

good on you bro.
for a first crack your all over a 9 with practice.
I had to eliminate the slipper and go to a Shinko but I weigh it down a bit at 106kgs.
I was running 141's until I deleted the slipper and fitted the HD clutch springs. It then gave me 145's straight up.
I don't think the factory ...

There is not a lot locally for the 14R yet.
A limited edition was recently crashed in S.A and some of its parts may come around.
I managed to get a rear out of the States for $250US Delivered (rim Only)
I bought the ABS ring and bolts and a spare disc and just swap cush drives and sprocket during ...

Re: ZX14R KTRC

The flashing of the ECU is a good thing.
They have a lot of factory safety maps in the ECU which can take about 50hp away at any given time.
These should have been disabled during the flash.
Also your top speed limiter should have been removed. And your Retain Last TC setting is already active.
This ...

Re: ZX14R KTRC

does it revert back to TRC setting 1 on restart.
or can it be left in the off setting all the time once switched off and restarted.
If it holds the off setting the ecu may have had a flash at some stage.
which is not a bad thing.

Re: Bike trailer wheel chocks

Chocks in the trailer are a no brainer. They are heaps safer when used.
There are many types out there from Locally Made to China Specials.
I Have used them all and while quality units work well.
So do the knock offs.
