I followed a 7 home from work yesterday in a spirited romp. Have to say I was impressed with what it had.

Obviously I was trailing because I choose to (ZX12R) but for an older style bike (couldn't give you a year) seemed pretty impressive.

You will never get me off my twelve, but thats my 2c for ...

I tear it up as fast as the 12 can go, if they can catch me they have earned the rigt to book me.

Then I wake and slowly tottle down the motorway to work.

We all do it, but hey I don't even admit it to my wife.

I use mine to commute everyday, couldn't be happier. Big bike for a big boy (6'4" and about 100 kegs) really good protection from the wind (being spouted from the 10 boys  ) and very comfortable.

Economy is crap, my old car got better fuel economy, but how may people buy their bikes for ...

Yes, we found the full akroprovic map worked better on his bike then the fill muzzy. His would amble on up to 2,000 then give an insane jump up to 3,500 with very little movement on the accelerator.

My brother's bike has the same problem. Full muzzy system and PC3 USB. Was going to install the Accellerator pump software to see if we could sort it out
Mate if you get it sorted could you shoot the map my way as my brother doesn't have the cash to do a dyno run just yet. Also if you are able the ...

Yes, PC3 USB, has a custom map with Air filters, muzzy slip on etc. It is only a problem just as the accelerator is engaging slightly.

PLug it in tonight and have a look. Downloaded the software so either way it is going on tonight.

I have noticed on the twelve that when you are just ticking over at 60km (Not acclerating or slowing down) at around 3,000 RPM it sounds quite rough. Might have a play and see what it does.

Has anyone actually used this feature and how would I know if the feature was installed by the previous owner?

Could have been worse, I was taking my oldbike of the centrestand and had tools laying under the bike (Sledgehammer, as I was busting links of the Chian) and it got hooked up in the centrestand and pushed it over onto our commodore.

Like I said, could have been worse.

29 is still plenty to get you out of trouble with most cars.

Its is a much bigger expense to get to the 200 mark. Thank Goodness the Guy before me put in the resources.

The First Dyno is the mapping for my bike without NOS, but with the Muzzy Slip on, this was done after after the Dyno with the NOS

The second is the earlier dyno without the slip on, so you can probably add another 5 - 10 HP because the Muzzy wasn't on in this Dyno.
Take it or leave it, i'm not to ...

I'll bring the dyno sheets tomorrow.

Then you can see what a ZX12R with K&N filter, Power Commander & NOS Kit can do

after that dyno was done the Muzzy Slip on was added, gave another 10 odd but don't have the sheet for that :D
