Re: Ohlins Damper re-valve Sydney?
Fair 'nuff, considering you have a business to run I cannot fault your reasoning, not one bit. So on that basis, don't reply if it's not worthwhile (and I mean that in the nicest possible way).

Re: Ohlins Damper re-valve Sydney?
Hi Zeno.
I am assuming that this thread is about 're-valving' the SD that comes with the 2011 model ZX10R ... or that this applies to all of the dampers? I thought I would share my experience, it might help others. Of course, if your experience differs please speak up.

Yes ... but it's not perfect, my k-teck (and others) needs some shimming work, it's not quite right.

Would be interesting to hear how the court case ends up. I understand 'racing' carries a much higher penalty (vehicle confiscated? etc?), how do they differentiate between racing and simply two riders speeding?

Yea, it looks that way, Gosling. I've lived a sheltered life.

Re: Irregular Dirt days
Hey fellas.
I haven't read through the whole thread, maybe this has been answered elsewhere, so apologies in advance. Anyhow here's my question:
I have never ridden a dirt bike, and would love to try. I don't have a bike, and I don't have any dirt riding gear. As I have no idea whether it's ...

Re: Turning in the driveway...
I was taught to turn the bike around in this manner by a bike mechanic, I won't mention who but he works on race bikes a lot. He claims he's been doing it for years, and that if you do it right it's not a problem.
On the one hand, I guess that's fine as he only sees a bike once in a while, so no one ...

Re: Turning in the driveway...
Yea, used to do it all the time on my old bike - easy as - but the new Kwaka I find almost impossible, doesn't balance very well on the side stand for some reason. It's a shit because my driveway and garage are really tight, I end up doing a 10-point turn ....
