So long as the person knows their shit, does good work, doesn't rip me off and is passionate about bikes I'd be happy to leave my bike with a female mechanic.
You thinking about doing it?
You thinking about doing it?
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

Screw what your dad thinks, tell him to get his head into the 21st CenturyZZRCHIKKY wrote:well iv wanted to do it for ages but dad said " its not a job for girls" PEH !
but art is boring and i just cant get bikes out of my blood
so yer a mechanic !!!

I will support my kids in whatever they want to do for a career, it's better to do something you enjoy doing AND get paid for it than hate the job and put up with it because you know nothing else.
...however, if any of my three wants to be a drug dealer or streetwalker I may change my tune and some remedial re-education may be called for

Grasp the nettle and just do it!
