Bike Modifications

Post by Renepo_Gel »

Hi all, just realised there is nowhere here that has peoples bikes and the mods they'd done to it. (maybe it could be sticky ) *hint hint*
anyway. i just did the first modification to my bike since i got it. it was a simple one and didn't cost too much either.

FENDER ELIMININATION. i have removed the ugly plastic fender that comes stock on the ZX 636 R. and replaced it with a black metal bracket that really opens up the back end.
i've taken heaps of before and after shots so i guess you guys can judge for yourselves, still need to upload the pics but they'll be here shortly.
it's brought the indicators closer in to the tail (indicators will soon be changed too) looks awesome from top and bottem :) as you can tell i'm proud :D

yeah you gotta buy one. it's nuts :)

it's put on about 5 MKW's (mental kilowatts, the kind you get from adding stickers and the like)

i bought it.
was gonna buy it from peter stevens or sharptune but found the same thing heaps cheaper on e-bay. do yourselves a favour guys.... e-bay.
there are a couple to choose from for the zx6r and there are other bikes that you can get it for (obviously)

red dave, if you want me to show you the place i got it let me know, but just do a search should find it.
won't cost you over $100 yet at the stores they cost over $200.

where did you move it?
there is no link for modifications, that other link was for something lese. like what bike everyone had...

there is not actual mods section. which was what i was trying to achieve.
