Behold the black elephant ;)

Post by elrond »

My baby (known affectionately as the black elephant :) )

Taken today on a ride through the back of the gold-coast.

Why do you call it the black elephant?

Because it has big ears?
The world is round. It has no point.

The elephant tag is more to do with the comparative weight of the bike to its younger and newer brothers (i.e. Tanya’s zx6 that pumps out way more power and weighs about as much as a guinea pig :) ).

Its a bit of a lump sometimes but I seem to have struck the fabled 'optimum tyre pressure' level, or at least it was well-behaved through the twisties today.
