went to watch the baton relay for the Commonwealth games
pass by a few streets away..on Beach Rd
I reckon the entire fleet of police riders were out today
...escorting the baton.


One of the police motorcyclists pulled up next to me-

Motorcycle Copper : gidday
me: gidday
Copper : nice to see lots of residents out
me: yeah.... there seems to be lots of you too
Copper: yeah
me: just how many of you?
copper: as many as Bracksy wants
 me:lmao

A friend of ours is one of those cops. He hates it and said can't wait till it's over. :D

Rightly so, it's an expensive piece of wood/plastic/fibregladss/whatever ya know :) Not an 80yo woman that few aussies care a shit about.
