Almost mkes me want to own a smart car, though it would have to have a ZX10 motor.

Nifty as it is, i'd class it as "Things to do when you've got way, way, WAY too much money". The only thing i'd do differently is modify the chassis so the motor is a little more enclosed internally as that would be nut bustingly loud inside, even with earplugs.
