my GPx............gone :(

Post by Smitty »

one chapter opened when i bought the 12r

but after 11 years......
I sold the GPx750r today!
Got the roadworthy yesterday and while it was
at Bkwaka, a lady walked in looking at 2nd hand
bikes, saw the GPx there and wanted to know if it was sale.

She test rode it today, offered the right $ and...gone

one chapter closed :(
liked that GPx :)

oh well.....

Good on ya Smitty...always hard to sell something that you've had for so long but I'm sure you'll enjoy another 11 years....So whats the 12 like? ...why did you get that bike?
I live with fear everyday but on weekends she lets me ride.

You'll be right mate, although it can be a *gut-wrenching* experience......I remember selling my beloved Z1000 to a close mate.........but we did have a gentlemans agreement on that bike, which he honored 9 1/2 years later :D I simply do not sell my bikes anymore, its the only way I can deal with it
