TEAM MOTO CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Post by geewiz »

This morning i thought i'd pop over to see paul over at team moto/parramatta kawasaki to see how he was and she if he could help me with my bike, on arrival not one person looked at me or even asked if i needed some sort of assistant untill i saw paul at the back who still remember my nam eeven thought it had be awhile since i last saw him.( also is john undies still there?) with that he told me to go see micheal at the back who was okay to say the least was hopeful, but when it came to look at bike he really didnt even look and basically just wanted me to book it to probaly charge me wahtever per hour for probaly a 10 min job..

so bascailly im asking should i take my business else where or see how it goes ( its my seat compartment its come stuck and its impossible to open)

cheerz and yes the key is pluged in =0

When did Dave go, he was there a few a weeks ago when I got my jacket..

BTW, they were pretty good to me, in the spares area anyway...

Dunno Dave, but the guy in the spares dept said that Dave went to live in the country - which is feasible as he had relo's there - and said he didnt know where undies went - either that or he just didnt want to tell me. I had to go in there last week and get a front brake brakelight switch. Funny that mine broke just after getting the bike back from them when they repaired the front brake mastercylinder eh :? Anyway, I dont really have a choice if I want genuine Kawa parts, but for everything else I'll give 'em a wide berth.

The only prob Revin is that the closest dealer to me, Kawasaki Southside, is losing its support from Kawasaki. I think I read somewhere it was because of Team Moto moving into Parramatta. Parramatta is between my work and home so I can get there most weekdays after work if I desperately need something. The only other Kawa dealers are further away in Penrith, Liverpool and Kogarah.

James I think Mick is suggesting ANY dealer, not just a Kawasaki dealer...
A lot of other brand shops still work on and service Kawi's so they can get the parts in. The only problem being, they may not know the part numbers so a search at buykawasaki.com before you want em may the go.. and if you think a Kawi shop aren't helpful getting parts, try it a another brand shop... :?

Matt Watts in new bikes was a very helpful though at times weird individual. Gave me a good deal on the new 10 and has been very good.

havent delt with the rest though the service dept used to charge a little excessive... lets see now...

I dont think you're going to like it Kypez - the labour rate went up the first day.

Dave / Revin - I didnt know you could get Kawi parts from non-kawi dealers. Who da thunk it? Its good to know. Thanks

Last time I got a filter there was this BABE workin in spares.
she still there?

I'm pissed off undies has gone, he has sold me two new bikes, real easy to deal with, and honest. The guy said undies went on holiday and just never came back. They must have pissed him off somehow ?
