Update on the TT

Insurance approved the repairs the other day, but the fairing is on backorder. Approxamatly 3 weeks before it even gets to the shop. Sothere going to fix the rest of it, let me take it away for a couple of weeks, then when the fairing arrives, I drop the bike (not literally, already done that) back to Peter Stevens (erg) to have it fitted and sprayed.

Might have my baby back by the time I graduate

Your parts must be on the same ship as mine. Been told mid January for my shift arm (no bigger than a 50cent piece).

I don't really have much choice for repairs. Peter Stevens is the importer for triumph, so its go to them and get the parts as soon as they arrive, or go to someone else and wait even longer until they can get around to letting their competition have the bits.

and yes neka, I was trying to keep up with my mrs. she actually finished the ride, I came home and did an assignment.

Still waiting on a call from them... fihure I'll give em a "whatdafuckishappening" call early in the new year.

*sigh* its been almost 2 months now

ITS FIXED!!!!!! YAY!!!!!

I pick the TT up tomorrow (assuming I don't find any problems with it when I get there, this is Peter Stevens after all)

time for a nice sedate ride home....... through the hills

We will be out and about tonight, but were meeting some friends at chinatown (its chinese new year). Not sure if were taking the bikes or not yet, depends on the weather I guess.
